After hearing a lot of good things about the NYX HD Photogenic concealer wand, I finally decided to try it out for myself. Since I suffer from bad dark circles, I am always in search of good concealers to help me not to look sick! Earlier NYX was not available in India but now it has launched on Nykaa.com and also gradually coming to stores.

My Experience
Packaging & Texture:
The concealer comes in a small, transparent tube (similar to lip gloss packaging) with a doe applicator. All the details including the ingredient list and shade names is mentioned on the tube itself. The packaging is quite sturdy and makes it really easy to carry the bottle.
The concealer has a thick and creamy consistency, so you don't need a lot of product. It glides on easily and is blend-able. The concealer dries up very quickly, so it needs to be blended immediately to stop it from settling as patches.
Coverage:
The HD concealer is available in almost 8 different shades, including colour corrector. It blends seamlessly and provides medium to full coverage. The coverage is buildable and requires a very less quantity!
Conclusion:
I had heard a lot about this concealer, also comparing it with the NARS concealer. Since I have not used the NARS one, I cannot comment on this but this concealer does its work perfectly!
I have opted for the shade 'Light' as my major requirement was to brighten my under eyes. The concealer has a bit of pink undertones, which helps to add some glow. However, it also dries out your skin a bit so good moisturiser before applying the concealer is a must. Set this with some loose or compact powder and all your dark spots stays hidden for next 6-7 hours.

- Dries out so under eyes needs to be moisturised
- Needs to be blended quickly else they appear as patches
- All shades are not available in India
