AUSTRALIS COSMETICS BANANA POWDER: MY THOUGHTS & REVIEW

How are you all doing? I have been trying a lot of new brands lately and really excited to see a lot of new names!
I had heard about Australis Cosmetics a lot earlier and finally got my chance to try them now! I am here with the first product the Banana Powder.

 What Is It?

This yellow toned powder suits almost all skin tone, and will not only banish any under eye dark circles, but it will color correct any skin redness too! Use on specific areas, or your entire face as a matte finishing powder.

My Experience:

The Banana powder comes in an acrylic packaging. It does not have any mirror or brush but that does not make any difference for me as I don't use it anyway :)

To be very true, I was not able to understand the logic of color correction for a very long time and kept myself away from all the color correcting products. It took me some time to understand that with a lot of dark circles under my eyes & a bit of pigmentation, I really need to try a few things out.

The Banana powder is very finely milled has a slight yellow undertones to it. I have been using it regularly to brighten the under eye areas and reduce redness on the face. And I am really enjoying using it! These do not have any fragrance and has a bit of kick back. All the ingredients are mentioned at the back of the box

How I Use It?

• As a Compact Powder: If I am not wearing foundation, I use a BB cream and use the compact powder all over my face. This gives me a slight coverage (which I prefer on daily basis). Stays good for a few hours and I can easily redo when needed.
• As Setting Powder: After applying the foundation and concealer, I use this powder for setting my base. Using it mostly around my under eyes area, forehead and below cheek bones, I make sure to dab it around and not rub so that it sets properly and make the makeup stay for long.

 Swatch & Final Words:

I am truly in love with the Banana Powder💓💗 Ever since I bought it, I am using it non stop! I prefer them over my skin shade compacts as they also help in color correction and brightens the face without adding another layer of foundation feel on my face. I have used yellow toned powder from a few other brands as well, however found this one to be the exact shade my skin was looking for.
