COLOURPOP YES PLEASE! EYE SHADOW PALETTE REVIEW

I am sure you must have heard about the Colourpop Yes Please! Eye shadow palette. Just one look at the colours and it takes your heart away! So finally I thought it is time to let go of the fear of ruining the gorgeous palette and explore it. And here I am with my thoughts about the palette and the swatches.

Highly pigmented shadow that applies evenly and feels ultra-velvety and silky. This long wearing formula contains a unique combination of softer powders which adheres easily to the eyes, gives a soft focus effect, and blends smoothly and evenly.

Finish
Matte, Metallic

Shade
Neutrals, Oranges/Corals, Reds, Golds, Yellows/Oranges

Price:

$16 USD for 12*0.85 = 10.2 gms

Packaging & Texture:

I just fell in love with the bright packaging! The palette comes in a bright yellow outer package with all the shade names written at the back. As soon as you remove the cover, you have a gorgeous white eye shadow palette in your hand. Its a complete cardboard but it is quite sturdy and quite light weight. The only thing missing is a mirror.

Coming to the texture of the pressed powders. Colourpop is known for their affordable and best quality makeup products and they did not fail this time also! These feels so buttery and soft. They blend very easily, have the minimum kick back and the best part is: there is so less fall out!
When you think of a super blend able powder eye shadow, you are ready to see a lot of fall out, but this one just surprised me. It had the slightest fall out and with only a few shades.

Loved it 💓

Shades & Swatches:

It has a total of 12 warm shades, suitable for all the skin tones and perfect for a day look or a glam night look.

Full-Zip: matte warm ivory
Big Cocktails: matte orange. I love this shade
Champs: matte pale peachy nude
Bling: metallic rust
Louie: metallic duo chrome red with a gold flip
Butter Cake: metallic pale yellow gold
Spoiled: matte brick red
Gno: matte burnt orange
Mischief: matte warm yellow. The perfect one!
Note to Self: matte warm caramel
Chauffeur: metallic duo chrome bright orange with a gold flip
French Kiss: matte deep red brown. A little less pigmented than others and might need some extra work

How It Looks On Me:

You definitely need this gorgeous palette in your makeup collection. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a makeup artist, loves light eye make up or vibrant eye make up, this palette covers it all. It costs only $16 and you cannot go wrong with this!
